Shipping policy

Please ensure you select the right country and currency on the top right of the website, this ensures there is available stock and accurate currency. Leclerc operates a single global online store. Your order will be automatically routed to the closest fulfillment center in Europe or the United States based on your shipping address to provide the most efficient delivery experience.

  • Correct pricing in your local currency (where available)

  • Faster delivery and fewer customs delays

If an order is placed on the wrong regional store, your order may:

  • Be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, or

  • Additional shipping fees

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking details. During new collection launches and peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays in the country of the shipping warehouse.

Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Typical transit times are:

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspection, weather, or peak season volume.

 

Duties & Taxes

We aim to make the delivery experience as smooth as possible by calculating duties and taxes upfront where applicable.

European Union

Orders delivered within the EU include VAT collected at checkout under the OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme. EU customers should not be charged additional VAT on delivery–if you are, please contact us at shop@charlesleclerc.com.


United States

Domestic U.S. orders ship from our U.S. warehouse and do not incur import duties. Local sales tax may apply depending on the shipping address.


International Orders (Outside EU & US)

  • For deliveries outside the EU and U.S., duties and taxes may be Included at Checkout or Charged upon Arrival, at your choice. Please select your shipping options carefully:
  • Included at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP), where available, or
    Charged upon arrival by local customs (Delivered At Place – DAP), if DDP is not supported for your location.

Your checkout page will clearly indicate whether duties and taxes are:

  • Included in your order total, or
  • Payable separately to customs during delivery.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery country

  • Shipping method selected

  • Package weight and dimensions

From time to time, we may offer promotional or free shipping. Any such offers will be clearly displayed in the Store and/or at checkout.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from the Store with:

  • A shipping confirmation, and

  • A tracking link to follow your order’s journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Returned-to-Sender Shipments

If your tracking shows a significant delay, “delivered” but you have not received the package, or the parcel is returned to sender, please contact shop@charlesleclerc.com with your order number.

  • We will review the case with the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or circumstances outside our control, but we will always do our best to help.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, we may:

  • Offer to reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Refund the order minus the original shipping cost, depending on the situation.

 

Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

If your order contains pre-order items, the estimated dispatch date will be noted on the product page. In most cases:

  • Your full order will ship once all items are available.

If we ship items separately, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
